No brochure or blog post by The County will ever replace getting the ‘inside scoop’ straight from a local person.

County Ambassador Training is intended to support folks who find themselves in roles where they are seen as the local expert - even if they know very little about The County. This self-paced, online learning provides some of the key tools and resources needed to provide a great customer/visitor experience. We don’t expect you to know everything about The County - there's so much and it changes all the time! We hope County Ambassadors can feel confident about their knowledge of frequently asked questions, where to find additional information, the history of our community, and how to provide inclusive customer service.

This isn’t high-school. We’re not mailing you a textbook, posting your test marks, or forcing a pass or fail. Learn at your own pace and head down rabbit holes as you find them. It takes 3-4 hours to work through all five lessons, but we recommend taking your time and coming back to the material as needed. Those who finish the course will receive a certificate of completion.

What's in it for me?
